The company provided a very competitive quote for our new Guardian roof. The works were started on the agreed date and completed on time to a high standard. We received the Guarantee and the all important Building Regulations Certificate promptly. It was refreshing to deal with a company who did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent customer service!
We had a large velux window fitted into our bedroom and it is amazing! It makes the room so much lighter and brings sunshine into a once dark attic room. The 2 fitters were brilliant and completed the work to a high standard and all the mess was tidied up like they were never there. The work didn't take too long either and they turned up on time
Communication with Dylan was excellent from start to finish, the whole experience was exactly as I would expect it.
Now we can't wait to get the rest of the room finished so we can move back into it. We would definitely recommend.

Experience was good from end-to-end. They managed to squeeze the job in for us promptly as we needed it completing for other to could commence.
The product was perfect for our requirements and so effective that it appears that we have left a light on in the room.
The Installation went well with two Engineers working very efficiently especially with having to deal with issues of the roof and when completed they ensured everything was left pristine and clean, whilst ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the finished product.

Great job from start to finish. Advised on size of window, installation efficient and final finish fantastic. Transferred a dark bathroom. Would recommend to anyone looking for a velux window installed.

I recently contacted Dylan and team with regards to the installation of a velux window. I couldn't be happier with the process and the results! Dylan came out within a day of my query to take the necessary measurements, talked me through the various options and gave me a quote. So simple and easy to deal with! His friendly and polite team came out within a couple of days and the job was done and dusted within a day. Everything was left clean and tidy - they even hoovered my entire staircase leaving it much nicer than when they'd arrived! A ten out of ten service that I'd recommend to anyone!

I ordered 2 solar Velux windows through Velux themselves online. Very quick and easy. Velux then referred to their approved installer who were NEC windows.
The team arrived on time and had kept me up to date with texts. They were outstanding, such a wonderful group of men who were very polite and hard working. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up thoroughly when they had done. I felt the team really cared about their trade and would definitely return to NEC windows in a heartbeat.

We’re so pleased with the amount of natural sunlight that we now have on our landing area, since having the sun tunnel fitted. The fitters worked extremely tidily and the customer service overall was fantastic.
This is the second time I have used NECS Ltd and once again, they didn’t disappoint. From first contact to completion, everyone was superb. The roof was completed in a timely fashion, to an extremely high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. An excellent job!

They were excellent!!! When we reached out initially, they responded rapidly, answered all my questions, and helped us get our window fixed quickly! If any delays cropped up, we were notified quickly and got timelines so there was no confusion about what was happening and when. Would absolutely go with them again!
I have just had a new lamplight fitted in the roof. The old one was leaking and rotten. Dylan from NECS came out to survey the job and was very professional.

The whole team from initial consultation to completion of the work were great. Two replacement Velux roof windows installed in just a few hours. The lads were friendly, cheerful, professional, efficient, neat workers who left the place clean and tidy. They kindly returned yesterday to replace a large ridge tile on my garage roof after recent storm damage - job done in around 10 minutes ! I would recommend this company to anyone. They offer fair pricing for their excellent quality of work and product and are a pleasure to deal with.
